Didn't CS Lewis write that in Mere Christianity?
Either way, agreed.

Real humility if totally giving yourself over to Christ. When you humble yourself before the Master, then you do not think about yourself at all. You are to be like Christ, because he did not think of himself at all on the cross. This is something that is very hard for us humans to do because we are so controlled by the flesh. Romans chapter 8 is a good read for you. I consider it to be the most important book in the entire Bible. Jesus loves you.

I would disagree and say that true humility is seeing yourself as you truly are. Most times who you truly are is less than who you think you are.

In essence, humility is obviously not thinking highly of yourself nor is it thinking lowly of yourself. For both of these are pride. Humility is simply not thinking of yourself at all.

true real humility is acknowledging that you are not the best, and being modest as in not prideful, but it doesn't mean that you must self-depreciate

i think true humility is:
treating others as though they are more important than you
and recognizing your own smallness and weakness next to God
