i have been talking to this guy we are kind of dating and there is this other boy every time i meet him he always taling to me and i keep thinking about him and i have my bf what should i do?

Flirting is fine, it's how people often first connect...however if you are in a relationship and flirting with others, make sure there's no intent behind your flirting and you're not leading the other person on...if it's all in fun, that's fine and harmless...
As for thinking about this other guy, maybe it's time you and your boyfriend went your separate ways...when I really dig someone, nobody else crosses my mind or appeals to me in a romantic or sexual way...if I was to start wondering about other guys or being distracted by thinking about them, it would mean to me I'm no longer all that into the guy I'm with...

So are you kind of dating or is he your BF? If you like the other "boy" then date him. You need to figure out if you are in a relationship or not.

Work out which one you like better. I don't think you should have a boyfriend and flirt with other guys. But if he's not your boyfriend, ie/ you're just dating and stuff - flirt with as many guys as you like! It's great fun!
