Place some into your hand and rub your hands together to disperse it.

Massage alot into the tips of the hair. Apply only lightly to the rest of the hair.

Wash you hair first, then try to get some of the excess water out of your hair...take a blob of conditioner in your hand and start from the ends of your hair ( that is the part that gets the least of your nat..oils from your scalp) and work it up. Let it sit for a few minute.( I like to shave my legs then) then rinse with cool water. ( the cool water will smooth your hair down even more, leaving it with a nice shine.

after rinsing out the shampoo apply condition to your hair concentrating on the ends. Use a wide tooth comb and gently comb through starting from the roots to the ends. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse out.

just apply conditioner to ur hair length.imean not to the scalp as it may result into hair fall.em telng u with personal experience.nd nw d amount .it shud b dis much such dat it covers all ur hair.too much conditioner wii leave dem very sticky.for dry hair loreal absolute repair s d best ne.

If it's dark hair give it curl's if it's a light color give it a wave or make it strait depending on the skin complection

when ur in the shower put it on ur hands[after u wash ur hair] then put it in ur hair and rub it in, and leave it on for about 1 or 2 minutes. and then just wash it off and your done

Use on the ends of your hair it gets greasy anywhere else.
