I don't know. I guess it depends on the REAL reason they cheated. Some do it because they feel powerful when they do. Others do it just because they can. I think if women collectively just put their foot down and didn't cheat with a man or dumped a guy who did cheat I think many would stop, but not all. The same goes for women that cheat too!

Guys cheat because they feel inadequate, and it gives them feelings of power to "have a little on the side". They are just feeling like a failure in their relationship, or a disappointment. Sometimes they do this to "get back at" their partner without actually having the courage to deal with the issue head-on. This is a chickens### way to punk out of acting like a real man. They convince themselves that they are more manly or something, but they are really just transparent and narcisstic.

Yes they can when they love someone enough. If they are cheating then it normally means that there is something missing from the relationship, and you can't always change yourself enough to fill the void.

I believe they can change when they are ready. It's odd ya know? Men don't alwasy think about love when they are having sex. It seems it's much easier for them to seperate love and sex.
