Would eatiing a lot of tofu increase Estrogens levels in a male body would that be good or bad ?

Yet another reason not to eat Tofu!!!!

I do not know if this is true, but I do not eat tofu, I do not will not Sam I am.

Yes, if you eat a lot of tofu it can raise estrogen levels, but let's face it, you'd have to eat a lot of it before it effected you.

Muscle and Fitness magazine -- a testerone laced magazine if there ever was one -- gave the green light to tofu / soy products.

Tofu / soy has gotten a bad rap of late because of reports of estrogren issues. The reports / science behind it haven't really been substantiated either.

I'd certianly proceed with caution but I don't avoid tofu / soy products in my diet. I just don't go overboard on them either.

What!?

Tofu raises estrogen levels? How?

I don't believe this, but need to know if it's true or not. I don't want to turn into a little girly-man like vegans!

estrogen produces female side effects breasts high voice less facial hair ect I don;t think it is found in tofu??
