Satan is going about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. Yes I believe Satan is attempting to deceive the nations and all that is in them. Also the human spirit has a lot to do with it to.

I don't think it's about an increase in demonism or evil. More accurately, it is the decrease in our appreciation for the sacredness of human life that comes from God. It also comes from a stripping of God and absolute truth from our public lives.
When we de-value the lives of women and children through pornography, it's easier to commit violent sexual acts upon them because they're just pieces of meat to us. It's easier to walk into a Korean grocery store and shoot the proprietor in the head over a pack of cigarettes when we hate and de-value other races. We make people less than ourselves and therefore have permission to dominate and perpetrate violnence on them.
Those that want no mention of God in our country are seeing the fruits of their labor. We have a country with no moral center, no real sense of right and wrong except what an individual defines at that particular moment.

no but look into the connection between demonism and rebellious teenagers of Christian parents and you'll find your answer.
(edit)
the increases in violence, murder and abuse have A LOT more to do with the growing lower class and poor parenting skills.

It's unfortunate that a great majority of these answers are no. Why? Because this is one of Satan's tactics in these last days. Make people believe that he is not influencing their minds. Rather they deny the fact that he is playing a part in the worlds thinking. He has a short period of time left (Revelation 12:12). He knows God can resurrect you if he kills you himself. Therefore, his objective is to have God kill you at Armaggedon. Don't fall for this trap. Know that he is real and he is at work with his demons on a worldwide scale.

Yes. Satan works through people to accomplish his goal of destruction. Increased demonic activity is manifested in the world through increase violence. Never has the world been so populated as it is today, and never has the per capita crime rate been as high as it is today. Moral values are in the toilet because people allow themselves to be manipulated by the devil. they fall to his temptations because they look to the world for solutions that they should be looking to God for. It is recorded in John 15:5 by Jesus, saying:..."without me ye can do nothing." Without Christ there is no profit for you to carry over into the kingdom of heaven (if you get there at all). Without Christ you cannot win against the devil---only Jesus is powerful enough to battle with the devil and his fallen angels. Jesus loves you.

When you read the Bible, you will learn that it tells us that Satan is a thief who comes to kill, steal and destroy. (John 10:10) By his fallen sinful nature, he is a liar, out to do all he can to undermine what Christ has accomplished through His death and resurrection. He wants to keep mankind from discovering the truth and from understanding who God really is. So... he causes chaos through viloence, murder and abuse. Ignorant people blame God for it... when in reality it is Satan and his demons are at work. When Christians refuse to take and use the authority given to them by God, they allow satanic power to work in the world around them and in their own lives. I cannot force others to do what I want, but I can choose for myself to live the way God desires. I can be a strong influence on others. I can teach them and show them what the Bible has to say. I can live a life that will model for them the right way of doing things. I can report abuse when I see it. I can lead people to Jesus so they will discover there is a better way than choosing to be violent or to murder someone. Satan and demons do play a role, but so do humans when they allow him to use them for his means to his end. We don't have to do that. We have a will. We can choose the higher road.

Yes- if you believe in the Bible... you know that Satan was cast to the earth with all his demons. The bible says, 'Woe to the earth and the sea, for the devil has been cast down knowing he has a short time and is seeking to devour many.' Do we not call people "sadistic" when they do horrendous things (butcher their families, drown their children, blow up buildings with thousands of people inside)?? Do we not view them as Satan himself... ie- Saddam Hussein??
If you don't believe in the Bible, no, you certainly could say that it is poor parenting, poverty, loss of the family structure, etc...
But I ask you, what do we judge as ideal representations of what is the status quo for the breakdown of these areas of our culture, if not the Bible??

Iam so glad to see others opening their eyes to thse truth's. I have been doing a sudy on suicide, that proves demons travel as disembodied spirits.MT 12:43-45 Talks of this, MK 5;1-8 Tells us that demons can and will posses men and beast. this calls for more Spiritual actions on our parts. Please e-mail me for more info, I would love to talk more about these factors in our lives.
SATAN is the prince and power of the air,so every time you watch t.v. you brain wash your mind full of crap. The exception of course is CHRISTIAN brodcasts of CHRIST JESUS.
Remember God is a SPIRIT, SATAN And his demons are wicked spirits that have come to rob, steal and destroy all men.
Hope this helps, keep praying and wait for GOD.

No. And I don't think there's an increase, simply more media coverage. If there is an increase it's just because we've invented more efficient weapons.
