If you're dating him, chances are he knows you well enough to know how much this would hurt you to find out anyways. Just tell him you know about it and that it's not important how you know. Then tell him that because he can't find it in himself to stay loyal, he clearly does not love you as much as you love him, so there's no need for you two to stay together. Then leave his house, go to yours, and ignore any calls, visits, ect. until you can find in yourself to hold your head high.

Ok, if you really want to end this with your dignity in tact, call your boyfriend and ask him to meet you for dinner at a place you will never eat in again. When he arrives, be sure to sit in a place away from other diners. Tell the server not to rush over and that you want some time before ordering. Once seated, look him in the eye and say, "This isn't working out. My feelings about you and this relationship have changed. I need to move on and so do you. Let's not make this ugly and just wish each other well. A clean break is best. Take care of yourself." Then, wait for him to respond. When he's finished, say, "Ok, well, I'm sorry it didn't work and let's get on with our lives." Then get up, turn around, and leave. Don't order any food or drinks. Don't call him again. Don't return his calls. Be strong and determined. Show self respect. If you feel really hurt that's fine, but share that with your best friends, not with him. Where he's concerned, you want to appear cool, collected, and unmoved.

Find out when this girl goes over there, then you happen to stop by while she is there, and there you go.......you have the upper hand, no one has to know that the uncle told you.
If not, then do what you have to do. Really, does it matter if you cause a ripple in the water for the uncle and your boyfriend? If you are going to break up with him, how often are you going to see the uncle. Yes, you will feel bad, but that's life honey. Obviously he told you because he thought you should know. If you are positive that he is telling the truth go from there, and remember................NO ONE IS WORTH YOUR TEARS AND THE ONE WHO IS WON"T MAKE YOU CRY.
Good luck.

Play detective - watch his place for a few days and see if he ever goes there with the girl. Or, ask the uncle to call you when she's over so you can drop by to "drop off some homemade cookies". The uncle will get some cookies, and you'll get your answer. AND, if he's cheated before, WHY would you take him back? He's not committed to you, so accept it and move on.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!! Count your blessings that you have found out you have a whatever who has a bill clinton complex and can't keep his little johnny safely behind a zipper. You don't need to explain anything to him anyway. Just say that you feel it is necessary to move on with your life and he isn't in it. Then do so. There is no reason to fight or argue or flog a dead horse as it will accomplish nothing. Then do it; move on and find somebody worthy of you. Good luck.

Hmmm, you want to break up w/ dignity ??? That's easy, just call Jerry Springer and tell him that you have a surprise for him. (-;
His uncle is a jerk. Whatever happened to "the code" between men ?
Just come right out w/ it, dont' drag it out and tell him that you want to break up.
