It is not uncommon at all to have combinations of different conditions like this. People with OCD frequently are also diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or other conditions. And having one can definitely feed on the other. It's a terrible place to be, and I sympathize with you.
These are considered medical conditions, and medical treatment is available from a psychiatrist. They can use ECT or medication as treatment. However, treatment can be difficult, and what works well for some may not work nearly as well for others. It usually requires a lot of "trial & error" to get the right dosage, meds, and/or combinations of the two before an effective solution is found, which can be both frustrating and expensive.
Best advice is to not be shy about keeping your doctor updated on your condition. He/she can then try making adjustments. If you feel like things are going nowhere, you can try seeing someone else you feel confident working with. Best wishes to you.

You definitely need to see a doctor especially for your depression. Chances are your OCD is one of the reasons for your depression. You need to see the doctor ASAP. I would recommend counseling as well.

Those are all very common in drug addiction.
Are you an addict ?
If so, getting and *staying* clean will do wonders for the depression and OCD. Trust me on this one...
