Becoming a Jew isn't very easy, but if you do, you can go back. The only exception is if you left Christianity because of excommunication. However, Judaism doesn't have any ceremonies blaspheming the Holy Spirit. Judaism does not have anything to do with the Holy Spirit or Jesus.

Christianity is supposed to be a religion of forgiveness and atonement. So while many in the church would not accept a person coming back, Jesus would. Unfortunately there are people who claim to follow Jesus but misunderstand his teachings entirely. But in essence yes, you can go back to Christianity if you later feel you made the wrong choice.

yes you can go back. Repent and ask forgiveness. more importantly, examine why you made the religious decisions you made. in other words, don't leap before you look.
