Technically, I could retire at 53. I don't think I'd want to retire that early! I look forward to traveling and being able to read all the time. I probably won't retire completely, but get a part-time job doing something to keep myself occupied.

I'm never gonna retire because people who retire die earlier. I plan to enjoy working for myself and plan to be productive as long as I can.

I have been to the other side where I have nothing to do workwise and it drives me crazy. I am much more likely to play golf and other activities if I am working because my time is more valuable so I appriciate my time off more. But I guess if I did retire, I'd retire to other work lol.

The word "retire" is from the vocabulary of a worker. I hope to be financially independent as soon as possible and afterwards retirement has no meaning. You simply do whatever you want. You unfortunately are a worker, like me - I pity you.

I have a love for the wise old elderly. I will most likely be an ombudsman which is an advocate for the elderly that speaks up for them and secures their rights. I was a nurse aid and worked with the elderly for about 5 years and I have seen the old without family that visits or gets them clothing and it breaks my heart. So I want to do for them all I can.

I am working on getting my sailboat captaincy license.

I figure my retirement won't cover much, so I plan to sail around the world and enjoy some fresh air and peaceful exotic lands.
If there is any left.

Have some fun. Life experience would let me do some travel and solve problems as a hit man for hire. Reasonable rates and money back guarantee.

I am moving back to my hometown and living in a little cottage in the woods with my animals, grow vegetables, and write. Either that, or else I will finally work on that Doctorate degree I have been thinking about.
