I think you can do your best at being healthy, but life may bring on a problem that you cant control or help. It still is a good idea to do your best at keeping yourself as healthy as can be and keep a good outlook on things. If a problem does come up you will beable to handle it well.

Simply put, no.
Even if you are healthy as can be, you can still have problems and can still develop health issues based on genetics. However, being healthy does slow and prevent those things.
There is no such thing as 'healthy' anymore :-\

I suggest that it is extremely rare to do so. Maybe the ones you know just get to the doctor quickly and get the problem solved instead of asking Y!A the question.
