Do you think that God sent saviors to other planets too? Or do people on other planets have to learn about Jesus. If so, how would they find out about him?

God never said that he made life on other planets, and He never said He didn't. Thats the first thing you need to think about. Second off, does it matter? Wouldn't our creator scream it into our face then?
A true story to think about is this. A group of preachers went to Africa to reach crazy violent tribes. When the missionaries finally learned their language and talked them about Jesus, the tribe said that they knew Jesus, and that He had visited them with holes in His hands.
God reaches everyone in some kinda way. If there were life on another planet, then He definately would.
