You can't at least not until a cure is found. You can treat it though if it is treatable. Treating means you can keep it on a low down or keep it from getting worse but It will not go away.
Sometimes it might not be treatable either. Those are the worst to get because they will never go away and you cannot treat it.
Sometimes the term uncurable means that it can still go away over time and there are many uncurable diseases that are not fatal.
