Well, if you want to become Wiccan, you need to do allot of studying and reading. I suggest Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner, Living Wicca: A Further Guide for the Solitary Practitioner, and The Truth about Witchcraft Today--all by Scott Cunningham. He wrote in a way that anyone can understand and is very helpful in informative. You might also want to get Buckland's Complete Book of Witchcraft by Raymond Buckland. That is set up in workbook form and has lessons you can follow.
There is no easy way to become wiccan. It's a way of life and a path you follow. Wiccans do believe in reincarnation. Different Wiccan traditions believe differently on the reincarnation subject, but generally we all say that this life that we have now is not the only one we will have, have had or will have again. Why go through life and have so much happiness and sorrow to learn from just to end up in the ground in the end?

Being pagan or Wiccan isn't really something you can "become" it's more like something you feel. It's not like we can just dunk you in river and say "poof" you're Wiccan. You don't really go along with any mainstream religion, you are more in tune with nature and the energies within nature. I suggest you get a few books on it and see if it is really something you believe in or just a fad. Please message me and I will give you some good ones to start off with.
As for what happens to a person's soul when the physical body dies.....not every Pagan/Wiccan believes the same thing. It's something that you have to answer for yourself. Some have strong beliefs towards the answer and some spend a lifetime trying to find an answer that makes sense to them.
PS....I have family in Arkansas, where are you?

To become a wiccan you can either go to a coven and study it, or buy books and try it on your own. It takes a long time to learn things wiccan, and before you make the decision I would suggest reading lots of different books about it and going to many different covens (for some may do different things) As well as maybe read about different views on them.
After you die there are different views. The one I personally like the best is that when you die you go up to heaven (or in our words, Summerland) where you have a choice, you can either go back to earth and live again, learn again, make new choices. Or you can stay there with the Goddess and the God. Some wiccans may have no idea what I am talking about, since I tend to take my views from many different Pagan types, but it's still a good look on things.

After you die you go to the Summerland and then you will be reincarnated. Read up about Wicca and Paganism, and know that Wicca is a serious religion, and not a load of fun and games like some make it out to be. Stay away from books written by Silver RavenWolf. Scott Cunningham, Starhawk, and Amber K are good authors. Good luck on your spiritual journey. Blessed be.

To become Wiccan, chose to study and make the educated choice. It is a dedicated decision, and you can find a teacher if you like. But study what you believe, and harm none. That pretty much makes you Wiccan.
What do YOU believe happens to your soul? No one else can tell you your beliefs, so what do you feel happens? Honestly, I dont know what I think about it. I figure that I will find out when I get there!
Goddess Bless, and good luck!

Most Wiccans believe that a soul goes to a place called the Summerland upon death. There it waits till it's time for it to be reincarnated.
I myself started out merely by reading and then practicing a little. If you want to find a group or a teacher the Witchvox site below will help you find any. I don't know how old you are but keep in mind that some teachers are very reluctant to teach minors unless they have parental consent (I don't know if you are one or not).
The other site I have below is a very good place to start, and I recommend reading the selections they have on their suggested reading page.

Tessa, permit me to reply the final query first. Yes, Wicca IS truly. Wicca is a Religion and as such, we provide honor to BOTH a Goddess and a God (despite the fact that there are exceptions to that (Dianic Wicca, being one)). We additionally recognize the Divine as being occur within the Natural global round us, which variety of offers non-Wiccans the impact that we worship Nature. It isn't Nature that we worship it's the Divine, and nature is handiest the conduit via which we accomplish that. Wicca don't worship idols, we worship in entrance of statues (once more there are lots of exceptions to this as good (Green Witches come to brain)). Christians don't worship the move, they worship what the move represents, it's accurately that identical precept in Wicca. We habits our ceremonies for the period of the entire moon (a few additionally the brand new moon), and 8 Sabbats which might be unfold out over the yr (What many Wicca name the Wheel of the Year). These celebrations re-are living special stages within the lifestyles a while of the Gods and Goddesses and are performed in commemoration of those Divine parties. The Wicca respect the life of well and evil as inherent is ALL matters, the whole thing and each person has the capacity for BOTH (Even the Divine). Evil thus, is an crucial aspect of the whole thing and one can't have one with out the opposite. The key to that is stability, Wicca keep the notion of stability to be one of the most center ideas of the universe and al which exists. So, to reply your first query, there's NO being that is fully well or fully evil, handiest the cause of the man or woman determines whether or not a factor or an movement is for well or evil. Therefore, as there's NO being assigned the character of whole evil (ie, a satan) it's unattainable for us to worship any such being. NOw, as many member of Judeo-Christian-Islamic Faiths are so keen on mentioning in unequivocal phrases, "if you don't worship the god of sunshine and love, then you're worshiping the satan". They fail to observe that in an effort to worship whatever or any person, then worship MUST be the cause. There is not any such factor as unknowingly worshiping any person. We can NOT worship a notion which does NOT exist to us, thus we do NOT worship the "Devil", because the "Devil" is NOT one of the most Divine being standards which exists inside the Faith approach of Wicca. It is as realistic and direct as that. Does this make feel to you? Brightest Blessings, Raji the Green Witch
