why don't people just stop making drugs (pot, coce....ext.) if it is so elligal?

Because it is big business. And being that it is illegal, the prices go up because of supply and demand. Because the normal drug user can't go to Wal Mart on a Saturday evening to pick up his/her value pack of pot, they have to look to other places. A drug dealer knows people want his/her product, and that they may not know another person who deals. As there is no competition on a greater commerce scale (Other then drug wars) the prices are set higher. Making lots of cash tends to make dealers forget about those that the drugs hurt: families of drug users, girlfriends, boyfriends, husband, wives, children, etc.

Money is the root of all that is evil, and drug dealers are no different.

Nobody has ever died form smoking a natural plant-marijuana has many uses-even medicinal-even the bible states in Genesis 1:12 god gives us every seed baring plant for our use-and its the legal-government made pharmaceuticals and alcohol that cause death, greed and insanity!!!!! money...what makes the world go round.....drugs is a illeagl business, but it is so profitable...almost a 75% turn around rate...as a business man..thats a very attractive market....plus it is a cash business which makes more beautiful....finally it is lkike gasoline a product that has a limited supply but very high in demmand..so what happens prices go up petroleum companies get very rich...the question u should be asking is "why dumb *** buy something that will destroy thier lives into rubble" drug dealers cant get rich w/o a buyer..drugs like gas low supply with a high demand

It's supply and demand.

As long as there is a demand for drugs there will be suppliers.

As long as there is money to be made they will make it.

I'm not saying I condone this. That's just the way it is.

That's like saying why don't all the car manufacturers quit making vehicles so nobody dies in a car accident.

People make and sell drugs because other people want them. I think drugs should all be made legal and taxed, and the taxes used to pay for the funerals of those who use them. Let's clean up the gene pool.

They don't because they are greedy, rebellious, and generally stupid. The producers can sell drugs for a lot of money to a market that often is addicted to their product.
The drug users start for a number of reasons, ranging from peer pressure to wanting to defy authority to (sometimes) not knowing any better.

They do not stop because there is WAY too much money to be made in it. Anything illegal is profitable and anything profitable is going to keep people's attention in doing it.
