I would suggest partially killing it until it becomes a half dead kitten. Sending it back through the mail seems like a lot of hassle.

This undesirable infant has an higher respiration an infection. Get it to the vet NOW, as URI are frequently deadly in kittens, & that undesirable infant needs dealt with at present. he's likewise little doubt dehydrated, so if lamb milk replacer is all you obtain, provide it to him! in case you a dosing syringe--this implies a plastic syringe without needle--fill it with lukewarm lamb milk replacer, & VERY slowly drip some into the kittens mouth. DONOT squirt it into his mouth, or the milk with aspirate into his lungs! slowly drip it in the course of the area of the tongue. Timing is significant so PLEASE get this infant to a vet asap! save him as warmth as you could, yet do no longer use a heating pad; even the bottom placing can burn him. Use a warm water bottle, an empty plastic soda bottle once you've one--something you could fill with warm water, then lay the kitten next to it--indirectly on it--wrapped in a towel.

Why would they put a kitten on e-bay? i think they should have brought it to a local pet store. I think you should bring him/her to the vet. If he/she is a third dead, then he/she is ill. See if the vet help you. if there is nothing you can do, I would spend sometime with him/her doing whatever and if he/she is still ill, then i would recommend putting her/him to sleep.
