An AWESOME diet program that actually works is called "Spark People". It's a FREE website (www.sparkpeople.com) that is SOOO helpful in losing weight and tracking your progress! It is run by nutritionists, and it encourages a healthy/balanced diet (no fads!). You can alter the diet to fit your needs (ex: no meat). no, im 5'8 an im 15 an i weigh about 135 so yea i guess ur normal...becuz im kinda under weight 140 is about the average
