The only way to get fat is to intake more calories than you expend. Vitamins have zero calories. Vitamins are essential for the proper functioning of your body. Without the right vitamins, you will not have enough energy to exercise and that could make you fat. The right vitamins must be in the right amounts as well. Too much of certain vitamins can also make you ill. A once a day multi vitamin is fine, but is possible to overdose on vitamins if you are not careful.

Vitamins cannot make you fat.
Fat (adipose tissue) is where your body stores the nutrients that you don't use to stay alive. If your input exceeds your body's burn rate, then the adipose tissue will increase in mass and volume. If your burn rate is higher than your intake rate, then your body will move nutients out of storage and into the bloodstream.

No vitamins don't make you fat
A good diet won't make you fat because to call a diet good, it has to meet requirements that include quantity.
