All of the sudden it seems I'll be so hungry I feel like I'm going to throw up. Anybody else? Anybody hear anything about it?

That's what happens when you put off eating til you are famished. Best thing to do is eat smaller meals more frequently.

Don't eat a bunch of acidic things (i.e. OJ) ... unless you also have something else in your tummy. The other thing that could contribute are certain medications or ulcers which may cause tummy upset.

For now, just try to eat more frequent, smaller meals that are healthy and see if that does the trick. We all get busy during the day and suddenly our bodies are screaming FOOD!!!!

Depends on your eating habits. If you are not eating your appropriate foods daily, then yeah it can make you sick to your stomache. The best thing to do (even if you are not a morning person) is to eat something light and simple for breakfast like toast, muffin or cereal. Then before lunch if you get hungry eat a little fruit or vegetable then a good lunch. By suppertime you will be hungry but not to the point where you fill your plate twice. I hope this helps. If you still get ill, my suggestion is to make a doctor's appointment.

That would happen to me during the last trimesters of my pregnancies. I'd be fine, and then all of a sudden...I HAVE TO EAT NOW...NOW NOW NOW!...and then I'd feel like I was going to throw up until I got something to eat. I have no clue what that was about, but it happened in all four of my pregnancies. So yes, I've heard of it!

It's normal. Don't let it get to that point, eat before then.

My sister gets that; it seems to be pretty normal.
