You might want to go to the doctors, and check to see if you have insomnia. Do you get frequent tingling or irritative feeling in your legs that keep you from sleeping. It might be restless leg syndrome. The tylenol pm should help like the others have said. But it is not wise to use it often. Anyways, if this continues go to your doctor or call a nurse ;line. Have you been eating normally. Sometimes when people start a new diet that experience lack or sleep. Or too much caffeine in your system/diet does the same. You might want to back track up to a week of any changes in your normal diet or activity level.

Get your self tried, do exercises, run, clean, etc...
Don't eat any sugar or have caffeine couple hours before going to bed.
Take a long hot bath, put candles and incense, leasing nice soft relaxing music, don't think about nothing and if you have a boyfriend ask him to give you massage or a romantic evening :)

See your doctor...insomnia can be signs of illness that causes lack of sleep or too much sleep etc. Or it may just be that you have a lot going on or are stressed, worried etc.
You could try over the counter sleep meds but I'd recommend the doctor first.

Best thing to try is lower your carbs (white breads and sugar) and caffeine 6 hours before bed. Maybe work out too. Make your body tired.

Exercise and lots of water helps me. I lift weights or bicycle. Jogging, arobics, swimming, a brisk walk, whatever you like. And Melatonin to help get you a little drowsy without feeling medicated if you need it.
