I am currently getting child support, if a father is not working they must pay 50$ a month, if they are working then it is based off of their income so it depends really.

They base the amount on his salary. They also take into consideration the obligations he may have to pay support for other children. It's different for everyone. My sons father makes around $20/hr. and has one other child he pays support for. I get $127/wk from him.

Look up child support calculators on the internet for your particular state, I think it's different in different states. In Texas, for one child, it's 20% of the father's pay, but there are different factors that affect that rate.

toddler help and visitation are actually not appropriate. you may no longer withold visitation because of the fact of loss of money. There are very particular the thank you to look after the two the help subject concerns or the visitation subject concerns, yet one does no longer have an on the spot effect on the different. once you're after the help, provide your community toddler help employer his as much as date residing subject (handle, organisation, and so on.). If he's listed because of the fact the father on the beginning certificates, he has merely as lots rights to the infants as you do till a courtroom order says otherwise. If custody is an argument you prefer to handle formally, or you prefer to cut back visitation, you may record with family individuals courtroom. Even as quickly as there's a courtroom ordered visitation time table, you may circulate to detention center for retaining the infants from him - no count if he's at the back of on his help or no longer. good success.

It depends on what kind of job the dad does for a living and how many kids are involved.

My sister gets $125 per week from one dad and $75 a week from another one.
