I believe you have to go through Social Services. Each State is different regarding group homes. But, try Social Services, or your local yellow pages and inquire about getting her in there.

Do a search on the net for girls group homes in your area. Then you can specify the type of problem your daughter is having. I assume she has a problem since you are looking to put her in a group home. Good Luck there are alot of resources out there.

I guess this means you are at the end of your rope and have tried everything you can to fix the problems between the two of you??? Can she get along well with others? You could try sending her to one of those boot camps for bad kids and tell her that you love her but feel she needs this as a wake up call. Call or look online for local counseling places and try that and then maybe they can refer you to a next step. I could never send my son away but then again he is still 4.

Just put a note around your daughter neck saying please take this child as I am an unfit mother who want to get rid of this child lol

Please get in contact with Social Services. If this is how you feel then things must be very difficult for both of you. They are there to help.
