Something I can buy at store that is good for ridding your body of toxins, etc. Sometimes I feel so weighed down or like I want to just start over with a clean system. Does this make any sense?

Are you trying to clean out your DIGESTIVE system, or clean out toxins from your body? There is a difference.

In general, you can clean out your digestive tract by including a healthy amount of high-fiber foods in your diet. If your goal is to get rid of toxins, you do this through the use of antioxidants. Two excellent sources of antioxidants are green tea and blueberries.

Go to Walmart. Camping supplies. It's called Potable Aqua. This is the stuff people use to clean creek water while camping of all impurities. Follow the directions for the purifying water. Then drink it. You'll piss a couple times and you should be good to go.

fresh juice

After trying for 10 years. I finally lost 150+ lbs (12 stone) and kept it off for over 4 years now. I've beaten 3 terminal diseases and I am now in amazing health, all around, not just thinner.

I did it without medicine, workouts, religion, going hungry or hating my food and without an operation or secret formula. I had tried counting: calories; carbs; fat; etc. I had tried jogging, swimming, weights, aerobics, crazy medicines and starving! But nothing ever worked well or lasted very long.

I also had Hypertension, High Blood Pressure, Chronic Asthma, vision and hearing loss. constant colds and ills, annual flu or pneumonia and more. I was approved for bypass surgery and taking usually between 16 and 20 pills a day.

take a look at my before and after pictures...

Just go on a 2 to 3 day fast where you put NOTHING into your system but water and a multi vitamin! That should do it naturally and kick start a healthier system.

Castor Oil works well, but don't do it often. It tastes disgusting also! Mix it with a fruit juice and it isn't too bad.
