Well, sexually speaking, obviously guys like women with well kept bodily features, not to mention seductive body language. Sexy clothing too.
When it comes to personality, I'd say it really depends on what type of guy you're talking about. Bad boys usually look for sexually attractive women they can easily manipulate, meaning women who have low self-esteem, or women who are generally just very sexually open to begin with. This doesn't apply to all Bad boys, but in general I'd say I'm in the ballpark still.
For the nicer guys, I believe they look for women with high intelligence because they find it to be sexy. (Almost everything about attraction is linked to sex, get over it.) They also generally love a girl who knows how to laugh too.
