an you really think that by killing them we will be able to wipe them off the face of the earth? think again, cause if we could they'd all be dead by now...think about how many years ago we went to Afganistan and Iraq...and look we are no where still

Notice how no one understands your question? That's how f*cked up these people are. They hate so much they cannot see straight.
Your observation is profound!!! How can we do it, indeed!

We aren't killing them to teach them that killing is bad, we kill them because they are bad people. Terrorists don't care about anyone, they would kill you and everyone you care about and think it was a service to God. You can't change their minds, so the only way to make the world safer for everyone else is to terminate them. People like to say we are fighting for freedom because it sounds cool, but in reality we are fighting in the Middle East in order to keep America secure and safe. You can not just stay in America and let them keep coming over and committing terrorist attacks. The average American has no idea how many terrorist plots have been stopped because we got to them first. People should stop feeling sorry for the damn terrorists, them same ones who laughed and cheered when they watched the towers fall. People should remember what started all this in the first place and quit complaining about the war and the government.

That is America's way, we have used killing and brutality as a way to get the point across for many years since the beginning of our great country. Nonviolence is a foreign concept few Americans have an understanding of. It is hard for a country that exists on land from slaughtered natives to be a force of non-violence. That is just the way it is.

We are not trying to teach anyone that killing is bad. We are trying to stop the people trying to kill the innocent people. Trust me a real soldier would rather be bored over there than have to pull that trigger. Yes I am sure there are some renegades but they do not represent the rest.

Your right we are contradicting ourselves. Jesus did away with this when he was on this earth by telling us "No more eye for an eye". We don't live by the Mosaic laws anymore. Jesus also said "Him without sin cast the first stone". Who are we to think we have the right and authority to execute people for their crimes. If that's the case we should all be dead. The bible also states that when you hate someone it is as if you murdered them. We are not supposed to be doing this. It's funny our country is one nation under God, but on a daily basis we take God out of our country.

I don't look at it as a contradiction. I look at it like as the ultimate punishment. People who do evil things should not be aloud to get away with it. And there are certain crimes that I think life in prison just isn't good enough.

Answer this, how do you negotiate or rationalize with someone who is not afraid of strapping a bomb to themself and blowing themself up? These people are not rational, so you can't deal with them on rational terms. People who have respect for life, including their own and others, cannot understand these radical people who have these crazy ideas. These people are sick and the only way to deal with someone who will kill themself to kill other innocent people is to remove them from society by killing them first!!!

we are not killing in order to teach anyone that something is bad, we are fighting terrorism. however it is a paradox, because a terrorist believes that if he dies heaven waits for him and he dies a martyr, so basically all we can do is continue to fight and hope the rest of the world back us up, hopefully we will out number the terrorists one day (the idea is to take out the leaders and hopefully the rest of the regime will fall)

I just wanted to make sure you know the only people that our solders are killing are people that are in the wrong place at the wrong time (ie: Casualties from bombs when we use them) and the people who shoot at our solders first... well at least that is how it's suppose to happen... we can't not help it if someone wants to go rouge

GIGO. Garbage in....Garbage out.
When you ask a garbage question, you need to expect garbage answer.
Americans aren't killing to teach. They're killing because they're being attacked.
BTW, in regards to your added comment, if "people in America don't know if it's going on".....how do you know? Are you in Iraq right now? Afghanistan?

I am with you on this one. I dont feel we have the right to kill in order to teach that killing is bad. We should not meddle in other people's business!
