I reccomend that you go directly to the police. I know that you were interested in going through yahoo, but in my experience, I've found that quite a poor route. About 3 years ago, someone who im'd me on instant messenger had a picture depicting a child and two adults. I was shocked and disguisted, only to report it to yahoo right away. I took screen shots of our 7 line conversation where they wanted me to look at their profile, also a screen shot of their picture that they had up in their profile. Yahoo didn't do anything! No response from them either. So I reccomend as I said, just going directly to the police. It's not really something to play around with.

Call the nearest office of the FBI. This is not something to fool around with-- you don't just report it online, you need to actually phone the authorities. If you leave it on your computer or there is even any evidence that is was there before you deleted it, YOU can get sent to prison for having it so don't take this lightly.
