With my first it itched sooooo bad all the time and I got really bad stretch marks. With my second and third it has barely itched at all but the stretch marks never went away.

OMG! It itched all the time for me! I tried using the stretch marks stuff (it's supposed to help keep you from getting stretch marks), but I was allergic to it. I did use a lotion A LOT with aloe vera in it.

I had something worse called PUPPS, when pregnant with my baby boy. Can't remember what it stands for but it has something to do with the male testosterone and your skin being allergic to it. At least that's how my doctor explained it to me. I ITCHED MADLY ALL OVER for months even after his birth!!! And it was WORSE when I took hot showers and no cream would relieve it. It just took time and alot of patience to get it out of your system.

Not in the beginning, but as your skin stretches as your uterus grows it causes the skin to itch in most instances.

it can and it is time to start putting cocco butter on it to avoid stretch marks. you are almost positive to get them if you are overwight or carrying a large baby, or you did not keep your belly skin hydrated. keeping you skin hydrated will make better for your stomach to stretch. i would suggest to start using the cream the day you find out you are preganant

The worst thing you can do is scratch it. You'll have stretch marks after you give birth. Put on vaseline lotion for dry skin or St. Yves Vit E lotion.
