Iraq launched six SCUD missiles during the first Iraqi/US war.
Israel stayed its hand despite losses.

If you people want peace - prove to the UN that you want it enough to have it.

You say "in irland the ira had to be chated to" -- your spelling leaves me in some doubt as to what you mean: are you saying that the IRA where fooled ("cheated"?) into peace? Quite wrong! The IRA have, bit by bit managed to gain almost all their objectives, and been forgiven the atrocities they performed when they used ONLY terrorism. They are by far the beneficiaries of he "peace" offered by Britain.
Peace is a wonderful concept, but elusive: neither the IRA nor Hisbollah -- nor for that matter Zionist Israel -- know how they would handle peace if they stumbled over it and it bit them! Terrorists fidn it difficult (of not impossible) to become peaceful, if only because their former victims cannot easily forget the past. Put your feet in ANYBODY else's shoes, and consider what you would do if you were called upon and expected to smile and shake hands with the man who two years ago threw a grenade into your mother's car while she was driving your brother home from school! Arab, Isareli, Brit, Irish, American -- anybody can find themselves in that circumstance today.
I think we will for the foreseeable future hope, pray and work toward peace -- but it will elude us if only because mankind is not a peace-loving creature. Sigh.. Well, at least I can believe that one day, Christ, the Prince of Peace, will return -- this time to establish real, abiding peace. In the meantime, we can only live peaceably in our own small, individual way.
To answer your question, NO: I can not see Israel ever "biting the bullet". Instead they are more likely to "bite the grenade pin".

Israel is funded buy the United States of America.

The top 3 arms producers in the world are America, Russia and Israel.

Israels economy is funded by the arms trade, The middle east are not stupid but they do not have the firepower to take on the USA or even Israel.

Iran should be allowed to build a long range nuclear missile capable of hitting America. This would keep america out of the middle east and force Israel to Bit the Bullet as you say...

The world is very unbalanced at the moment. Russia and China need to step in and sort out the problem, Iran will listen to them inrelation to Hezbolla. If Israel or America make one false move with Iran expect world war 3.

That depends on which "Bullet" you are speaking of.

Keep in mind that the text books and maps in the Palestinian "refugee" schools do not show the nation of Israel.

The Palestinian "refugees" themselves are pawns of the surrounding Arab governments. Jordan, Syria, Egypt Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Libya all have vast tracts of unoccupied land.

Libya and Egypt even have sea front property.

These countries (along with Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco) forcibly moved their Jewish residents to Israel after WWII.

None of these countries have opened their doors to the "refugees". Israel has. The Arab residents of Israel enjoy a very comfortable standard of living.

The Arab countries keep the "refugees" in place to make show the world how EVIL Israel is.

The United States provides more aid to the "refugees" than the rest of the world combined (unless you are counting weaponry).

The "refugees" raise their children to believe that their most direct route to Heaven is to become a human bomb and blow themselves up in Israeli discos, pizza parlors or buses. The children even play soccer in stadiums named after the "martyrs" who have blown themselves up.

Certain organizations and governments even send money to the families of the "martyrs" as a reward for sacrificing their sons (and the occasional daughter).

The Israelis are facing a people who belong to a seventh century Death Cult. The Koran (Qoran, Quran, Guran etc) commands the believers to kill the infidels.

The Israelis "bit the bullet" in 1967 and conducted some very effective pre-emptive strikes and defeated the armies of Egypt, Syria and Jordan in the six day war.

Exactly which Bullet do you suggest be BIT?

I would like to think so, but not in my time I fear. Hatred appears to be so ingrained into their culture. Is this a fair statement or am I being bigoted? No I think not! I am of the opinion that because of the Holocaust any one who dares to criticise the Israels are thought to be anti-Semitic. The truth of the matter is that the Israels think that they can ride rough shod over everyone including their own people.

How about having somebody with grammar skills replace your post with something that makes sense?

How are we supposed tho think you have any clue about the situation over there when you cannot even describe it in a readable fashion?

Israel is dealing with an enemy that has vowed to destroy Israel; that enemy abides by no ceasefire, nor any conventional rule of law or law of war. That enemy uses every means of deception, underhandedness, and treachery known to man in order to kill Israelis. What would it mean for Israel to bit the bullet? Israel's enemy is not interested in talking in good faith; Israel's enemy is only interested in annihilating Israel. Thus, Israel has only one option: Israel must annihilate its enemy. The sooner the better.

Mate, please run spell check as your sentences are too hard to read with all the mistakes.

I know English probably isn't your first language and you are trying really hard but some of your stuff is just not making sense.

I don't think it's possible for anyone to bit the bullet - not even 'Israil' (is that some tram network somewhere?)
