I want to design a room, but can't afford to buy any software right now. Are there any websites that I can do this at?

HGTV has a basic layout program.
Ikea has kitchen and office ones, both need to be downloaded and only have Ikea things.
Bob Vila also has a couple.

As a hobbyist, freelancer, or small to medium sized studio you can use Fluid Designer and Blender as a low-cost alternative to 3ds Max ($125/month) and After Effects ($20/month).
