pesky wabbits, and Edna
they come over here to offend people, I don't understand why accounts like this are here.
Anyone have done something about it?

It is sad that people use the question and answer forum to promote their personal agendas. Last I heard the real Edna had been suspended.
There is nothing you can do unless they violate one of the Terms of Service Agreement, then you can report them the abuse. I don't know what happens from there, but I would imagine they would receive warnings and if they continued to do the same thing, then they would be suspended.
