Well, I was diagnosed very young with a chronic blood sugar problem. I had constant shaking because my body did not deal with simple sugars well. And, I was in peak condition, still am. I represent the USA in athletics yet have a chronic disease. So, maybe you should look into the possibility of a chronic illness.

Nervousness. Nerve twitch. Lack of sugar in system. Overly tired.
I had a friend that would never be a Dr. He had the shaky hand symdrom all of his life. I think if he woulnd have strengthend the muscles or probably did stretching it might have help earlier on. Im not a doctor, but if its severe you may want to have him seek one.
WebMD may have something that could help you, atleast you can try to look it up.

Are the person eating well? For a while when I wasn't, my hands shook like you're describing. It could be a problem with your blood sugar or with nutrition in general.

Get checked for diabetes and make sure you rule out neurological conditions: Some of those can be sneaky.

Good luck!
