I believe that each of us who believes in God already have communicated with an angel... why? because he is the Head among all angels, ArchAngel stated in different names just to view him in another parable..
although we don't literally quote God as an angel, He acts as more than what angels do...
Revelation 10:1-11
1-Then i saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. HE was robed in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like a sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars. 2-He was holding a scroll, which lay open in his hand......
9-so i went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.....
11- Then i was told, "You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings."
Very deep chapter... when you meditate on it... it is but God speaking as an angel, for how can we speak to literal angels when in fact He is said to be a jealous God...
Exodus20:4-6
4- "You shall not make yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in waters below. 5-You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for i, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6- but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments."
As in revelation 10: He commands his people (those who knows the truth) to study more and share the Good News--- to go back to God! for time is too short and we still have the chances to make changes for the best!

Ya know, you're very right. Religion in and of itself is not holy. Religion is just a set of practices performed by people. In fact, I would go as far to say that religion is often somethign that makes people unholy in that they do the actions for no reason, or just for the reason fo tradition rather than having the right attitude about what they are doing.
Spirituality and religion are two different things. Spirituality as an entity is not holy, but being spiritual help you gain holiness from God. Not in that doing spiritual things make you holy, because no action can make you holy, but setting your mind to spiritual things will allow you to see yourself for who you really are and realize that you need salvation and redemption which comes from God. Recieving that redemption makes one holy.
Now, just to clarify, your question is really very weak minded and not thought about at all. It is obviously born out of a certin amount of hatred and anger that you have built up. I will happily discuss things of this nature with anyone and help as much as I can. But no one can help someone that will not help themselves. Help yourself and let go of the anger that you bear for "religion" as a whole and just try to look at things a little more clearly and objectively to see the truth of the matter in whole.

The angels will speak to us in words we will understand if God sends them with a message for us. But God directs all things in heaven. The Angel of the Lord was the primary messenger before Christ's birth. Paul taught that The Angel of the Lord was also "The Rock of Ages," or Jesus Christ before he took physical form.
You are absolutely correct; in that, Religion is not holy. You can be a religious drunk, but not be led by faith. You can be a religious shopper, but not be led by the Holy Spirit. You can be a religious zealot, but not be a Christian.
Ephesians 2:8-10 reads: For by grace you have been saved, through faith, and not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
Religion can't save you. Good works can't save you. Muhammed can't save you. Zeus can't save you. The Angels can't save you.
Acts 4:12 "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." But Jesus Christ.
Our Great Commission? Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).
The Bible says that nothing in either the natural world or the supernatural world knows when Jesus will return. The angels have constant access to God and are continuously awaiting His commands. Isaiah 6 tells us that they hover around His throne. Matthew 18 says they are in unbroken communion with God. Jesus even revealed that the angels will be agents of judgment at the Second Coming and will gather believers who survive the Tribulation. Yet in spite of all this, even they don’t know when Christ will return.

I already do, since I still do ceremonial magic in addition to my Asatru practices. I communicate with angels, Gods, land spirits, and Fae all the time.
And no I don't care if people here think I'm a sandwich short of a full picnic basket.

G-D usually use Angels for messengers special delivery's.there several in the bible. i know we each have one and would like to have a long chat with mine but haven't caught a glimpse of him in awhile. i surely miss it.guess i haven't been holy enough.
