Praise God! That is the best news i have heard today. It thrills my heart when someone gets saved. I pray everyday for the lost to be saved. With God, all things are possible. He can save a person, and change their life. He sure made a change in me when He saved my soul.Praise the Lord for it all.

Mrs Paige,
This is encourager4God. I just read what you wrote. I admire the fact that you are bold in what you believe and I know you love Jesus, but it is important as Christians being on this board that we are a witness and a light by what we write.
I am a very bold and upfront person but being antagonistic and argumentative never led a person to Christ. When my pastor was alive he said I may have won a lot of arguments but that is not what gets people saved, it is the power of God Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
There are people I know even in my family that are gay. They need love and encouragement and lots of prayer. All of us sin and still sin and fall short and still fall short of the glory of God.
It is easy to judge but I am learning in my ministry never judge a person unless you have walked at least a mile or two in their shoes.
They will know we are christian by our love Romans 12:9-13

Mrs. Paige:
All have sinned and come short of the glory of the Lord. It is a wonderful thing when anyone receives Christ into their lives, no matter what their sin. They could be homosexual, like the young man in church last night, or they could judge others, like you.
If you really want to bring people to Christ, a noble goal, then focus on Christ's love instead of judging them. Try to be more like Christ, and less like Pat Robertson.

HAVE you not REALIZED that what you are SAYING doesn't seem to be WORKING? MAYBE you should try a NEW approach. If ANYTHING you seem to be DRIVING people FROM God.
Get a CLUE! Everyone thinks YOU are an IGNORANT idiot, even most of THE Christians that POST. I really don't want to be MEAN, but your ATTITUDE almost makes you a JOKE. PLEASE listen to us, COME down from your THROWN you have made for YOURSELF, and GET on your knees to PRAY for some GUIDANCE. YOU are repulsing most PEOPLE who read your QUESTIONS (That aren't REALLY questions at all)
I KNOW that you are probably THINKING that I am LOST too if I DON"T understand WHAT you are TRYING to do. But, I can promise you I JUST FEEL bad that you are making yourself LOOK Silly.

This question fills me with such sadness. Truly. I hope that that young man, sooner or later, finds the strength to accept himself and the support from other people so that he doesn't have to remain a self-flagellating slave to an oppressive church.
Truly I hope that this can happen. I hope someone can take him away from the clutch of your church and show him how beautiful it is to be a human being.

Lol, I guarantee you, GUARANTEE you that just as this person "gave up" homosexuality... you can be made into a homosexual.
Psychologists have refined many behavioral modification techniques to the point that, given enough time and effort, anyone can be MADE to change their sexual orientation. Heck, a fairly tame experiment was done that made men become sexually aroused at the sight of blue triangles.

Homosexuality is not a sin. Neither is it a choice. Your young man is now lieing to himself. Good job.
Oh, and that whole caps lock and multiple exclamation points and question marks thing? Makes you look really crazy. Calm down, woman.

ahhhh dear.
you are unfortunately the reason why i still call myself a catholic but i no longer believe in the catholic church nor the people apart of it.
to be honest........ i believe Jesus would be disgusted with such disrespect of people that he loves dearly.
i have more than one homosexual relation that has no doubt shown more compassion, love, honour and respect for life in one hour than you have in your whole life.
this is not meant to be how religion is used.
