If it hurts, it's not love. Love endures. What your feeling is more like self pity and anger because she dumped you. If you love this person, no matter what she does would hurt you, you would find a solution to fix any problem. What you need to do is see one of these other people that are interested in you and show her you're not just sitting back licking your wounds. It's called taking control of the situation. If she's only going out with you so no one else can have you...can you say PYSCHO? Get out while you can!!!

Well, either you learn to enjoy and work around the insanity of someone who is obviously insecure or you leave her alone to torment someone else and find someone who is confident. Question is, CAN YOU love someone who doesn't desperately NEED YOU?

Because when you love someone, you are more open, you open yourself up to that person, and when you are open, there is a chance that you can get hurt. It is not a bad thing, it's actually good, but some people take advantage of that, and that is when it's bad.

Sounds like your girl is insecure, i think she needs to be reassured that she id the one that you want, it is obvious she cares about you and does not want to lose you, and it also seems like she has been hurt before in past relationships and just wants to protect herself from another heart ache, give her some time and lots of affection. Show her that she is special to you.
