Your best bet is to call a local shelter, or even a local vet and ask if they know of any groups who offer a discount. Most shelters in ohio are kill shelters, and it costs them money to put the animals down, so generally they have funds, or know people who will fund, the fixing of an animal.

a lady cat in warmth is an stressful, inconsolable, noisy creature which will bypass into warmth each and each month until eventually she is spayed, or bred. If bred you've gotten a set of lower than foot fur balls operating round you need to discover homes for. That very last area isn't as uncomplicated because the cute faces make you imagine. If bred she will bypass into warmth cycles 4 to 6 months after birthing. If no longer spayed or bred the continually replacing hormones can bring about well-being issues previous due in existence.

I do not know where Brown Ohio is but I live in ohio, Wyandot County Humane Society has LOW cost spay/ nueter. My mom takes all of her barn cats there. I think it was 30-40 dollars to have my springer nuetered there.

If there is a PETA near you, ( i am not a PETA supporter in extreme cases) but they have a wonderful program for Spaying and neutering. It is called the SNIP program. I recently had one of my Cats done and it cost 20 dollars to have him neutered. You can check at www.peta.com.
You can also call your local Human Society, they often have Vets the Volunteer to do these surgeries for a discounted price.

There is an organization called PAWS that can help with the cost, which depends on the size of the dog and the individual vet. http://www.paws.org/cas/spaydaylist.php
