That happened to me but it was in my house. Buy some flea powder from a store (walmart) . Sprinkle it on the interior of your car, let set in for like 15 mintues. Then vacum the powder out. Buy this 3in 1 pet spray and let it set in it will dry. This product is called 3 in 1 flea spray from Hartz. I think you can get that at Walmart too.

Use something over the counter, sprays or dusts... and/or take the car to a very good car wash and have it's interior super-cleaned... tell them your car has fleas so they can use the right shampoos... Then present the bill to whom ever it was you were babysitting. If they are good people they will pay for it the one time, after that if your car keeps getting fleas, maybe it's not coming from them.

A bomb would be over kill. Get a good pet spray and douse the car. Roll up the windows and let it sit. Make sure to vacuum the car well. Repeat as needed.............

Your best choice is the flea bomb but if you don't want to do that get some premise spray and use it.

I would use a battery operated fogger (available at PetSmart) and do that... it might leave a smell for a while but it should fade after a couple of days. I would also check out your house. if you got them in your car, it's a good possibility they got into your house too.
