My dad just hung up the laundry and it looks cloudy. He went out to buy the groceries for the weekend, so my mom didn't have to. Should I let it hang and get wetter, or take it down. I don't want to upset him.

Texas is hot, humid & dry. If you got clouds, I would look you local forcast up on Yahoo weather, then decide on the cloths.
