Farovite to practice - Jeet Kune Do
Why - It teaches you to learn from every other style and use what works for you. It does not just teach a set of techniques for every person. It takes into consideration where your strengths and weaknesses are and tailors itself to the individual.
Favorite to watch - Tae Kwon Do
Why - The kicks are some of the most visually impressive techniques I have ever seem. Although i do not put a great deal of faith in it's practical applications (combat-wise) it is a beautiful art to watch.

Kung FU is the best because you use more weapons and there is a better chance of you being able to defend yourself. I do tae kwon do, but if some big person tried to hurt me, i would probably be able to do nothing. DON"T DO TAE KWON DO!!!
