why do you ask such an idiotic question?both are breaking the law.I agree that being an illegal immigrant would or should be considered the lesser crime.The illegal needs to become legal or go back to what ever country they came from and the "legal citizen that is "illegally" watching child porn should be shot!

No one, including illegals, can avoid paying taxes: Sales taxes on food and items purchased, property tax through rent or ownership, and withholding taxes from wages (if employers don't withhold, that is their fault, not the illegals). Illegals often pay more tax, because they can't cheat as easily or engineer crazy refunds on income tax.
Child porn is simply disgusting and intolerable by any measure.

Just because they are illegal it doesn't mean they don't pay taxes. Taxes are taken from their paychecks when they work and they pay taxes any time they make a purchase.
