With a pup like a Rotti, it would be best to NOT get a "cheap" dog. Cheap dogs are not taken care of proplerly which makes them "expensive" in the end. Your best bet would be to contact a good ethical breeder (AKC website has a listing) and pay a little extra for the pup. That way you don't have as many health problems in the future.

You can't get a full-blooded anything for cheap. Why don't you go down to the local shelter and adopt one of those? There are sooo many pets needing homes that its sad. If you cared anything about puppies or any other kind of pet, you would get one of those instead of one from a puppy mill.

i would first look at your local ASPCA. You would be surprised at how many full blooded animals they have there rescued. If your looking to get one with papers, look in your local newspaper, or threw petfinder.com.
But beware, that pure breads are not cheap and if you get a good deal, what you pay for might be what you get if you get my drift Good luck!!

You really do not want a "cheap" rott pup....they are very powerful dogs & you want yours to be healthy & not have temperment problems right???
Will you take it to obedience school??? You really should because if you can't totally control the dog....they can KILL people!!!

I'm not sure but before you invest in one you should check with your city first to make sure that you are aloud to have them in city limits, some city's don't allow them.
