There are many reasons. Starting with the most obvious: sleep deprivation. This will cause your attention span to wane. As a day progresses, the lack of sleep increasingly takes toll and the ability to focus on tasks at hand will subsequently diminish.
Lack of food, or more specifically proper nourishment.
How about a fine lookin woman\man\sheep? Whatever your preference. How about your inclination to day dream, inability to notice the need for reading glasses, excessive consumption of alcohol, aerosols, or otherwise.
Or plain and simple, a lack of interest. If you would rather lick stamps for the rest of your life rather than do what it is you got to do, well I'm guessin that right there and then is the moment you lose concentration..

WELL THE THING CALLED CONCENTRATION IS AN ART WHICH IS LIKE OTHER ARTS AND DO NOT COME BY BIRTH.
YOU HAVE TO MASTER IT.IT DEPENDS SOME PEOPLE MASTER IT IN FEW SECONDS, SOME PEOPLE TAKE WHOLE LIFE TO MASTER THIS ART.THIS CONCENTRATION CAN BE DISTRACTED IF YOU ARE OBSSESED BY SOMETHING OR YOU ARE WORRID ABOUT SOMETHING.SO BEST WAY TO ACHIEVE CONCENTRATION IS TO DECREASE YOUR WORDLY LIKES AND ATTRACTION.IF YOU WANT MORE HELP MAIL ME.
