Life begins at 40 because most of us are too poor before that age to afford the things we want, lol... AND the kids are usually on their own or in college!

Who ever told you that must have gotten it out of a book, and they them selves have not hit forty. From forty, its down hill from there. You matabolism comes to a slow crawl. Arthritis hits you all at once. You fall more than you ever did before, because your not as able to keep your balance. Your eyes start to fail you. Your bladder won't behave. The only thing that begins at forty is that you realize that it is the beginning of getting old.

Well, I never heard of that, but I do know from myself once you reach the age of aging you start to become young again. Don't you see that older you get your body gets more fragile just like when you were a child. Your teeth fall out and stay with gums -just like a newborn. Is like when you hit that middle age your life starts going backwards.

Accept that some phrases are man-made and don't expect the Bible to answer every question. Sometimes you just have to form opinions of your own.
