Not a diet I'd recommend! All Kellogs' cereals are very high in sugar, which means they're high in calories and have a high Glycaemic Index (you'll be hungry soon after eating them). It's a really gimmicky diet. Instead of cereal, why don't you substitute a salad or something? Boring I know, but it's got to be better than endless cereal.

Its drop a jean size, petal; your version sounds more fun and I think we should all stop dieting and join in.
Being middle aged I've just hit the 'blubbery years' and can no longer eat what I want when I feel like it, but there are nicer cereals than insubstantial puffed rice flakes, try almond nut cornflakes instead.

I did it for the whole two weeks and snacked on fruit when hungry, had my normal evening meal. Lost 7lbs. But gradually put it back on after think its good for an occassion but you need to change your lifestyle afterwards or it will come straight back. Hope this helps. By the way the diet was quite easy if you have lots of fruit to snack on, I used crunchy nut!
