I dont think you mean Crystal Meth, which isnt a drinkable liquid. I think you mean something else.
Questions:
Was your friend a boy that you had over?
Was the drink alcoholic?
Did you have something done to you that you didnt want done to you, that you would never have agreed to without the drink?
If you were assaulted, you are not the first this person has done it to or the last. There are specific, time-dependent, things that you should do to protect other girls. Thats a very "smooth" approach, and right now you are afraid to talk to your parents.. someone doesnt learn how to do that overnight, it takes trial & error, and practice. There are anonymous hotlines, and such where people can kindly, anonymously, direct you about what you need to do to preserve evidence before its no longer viable for lab testing. They can also tell you how to go about reporting it in such a way that its not publicized, or made hugely public, but it is in the record for when this guy does it again or goes to court.
If you were only drunk, but were not assaulted, and you are asking how you can refuse a drink in the future thats a different question. The easiest answer is the hardest: you put yourself in a position of HUGE vulnerability. It is very hard to say no when you are there. The best way is not to go in the house. Hang out at a restaurant, or a video arcade. Get a job at a movie theater, and watch movies together. Basically dont provide the forum for him to so easily pressure you when you feel uncomfortable. Also setting boundaries and keeping them is essential. If he doesnt respect you he cant love you. If you dont smoke he shouldnt push cigarettes on your, if you dont drink then he shouldnt push alcohol on you. Its easy to become an addict and pay for it for a loooong time. Set boundaries early, and keep them. If he respects you he will respect them.
I dont really understand what happened, so I gave the best answers I know to the two most plausible interpretations of your question.

Don't take the crystal meth drink. STAY AWAY FROM IT and later ask your parents to explain why they have such a thing in your fridge.
