cokeacola, have just released coke zero, basicly its diet coke repackaged for men, as diet coke is consided to be a girly drink. is still tasts like shite, but that my opinion,
anyone been sucked into buying it yet?

Ur right it doesnt have such a strong aftertaste as diet coke , but it still has a slight one

Coke Zero...is actually different from Diet Coke. Diet Coke has aspartame and Coke Zero is a mix of Aspartame and Acesulfame (Splenda)...Taste aside, the problem I have with Coke Zero is that Diet Coke has "one calorie" and Coke Zero has none...not exactly true...it actually has .7 calories and the fact that that was enough difference for them to go out and sell it to the public (who is crazy for Splenda all of a sudden)--It's just ridiculous to me...
And it tastes like shiite--Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi all the way baby!

No. I drink Diet Pepsi 99% of the time but hate Diet Coke. I like Coke Zero quite a bit...and I drink it when Pepsi isn't available...it tastes almost like Diet Pepsi.
Coke Zero and Diet Coke taste completely different...I never even thought about the girlie-angle.

To me it tastes better than diet coke (doesn't have that aftertaste) but still not as good as the original coke. I have a 12 pack in my fridge so I must like it enough to drink it.

Coke Zero has been around for about a year now here in Australia :), seems just like yesterday they brought it out.
I regularly buy it, as I think its not too bad, I think it does have a bit of a diferent taste to Diet Coke.

Diabetics love it because it actually has taste, AND they can drink it. It is so popular here that all the coke machines around town have added it as an option.
I dont know what Shiite tastes like, isnt that canabalism?

Actually your statement is inaccurate... Coke Zero (yes aimed at men) is made from Splenda sweeteners whereas Diet Coke is made with nutrasweet.

Its not zero anything, just think of all the additives and E numbers that must be in it. Mostly sweeteners. Stick to normal coke peps if you like coca cola. Normal is better for you than diet i think.

I tasted it and it is vile. It is not Diet Coke repackaged, I promise you that much. I fear it will go the way of Tab Clear shortly.

they say that it's got the coke taste without the sugar, rubbish, you can't get the coke taste without sugary goodness. that is what makes coke coke, and that is why diet coke tastes so bad.
