Don't compare yourself to this other woman. You are beautiful, I am sure. There will always be someone tinier, someone with better skin. Comparing yourself to others is a slippery slope.
110 lbs is not heavy unless you are very very short.
Even if you do have thick thighs, don't worry about it. Ask yourself : WHY does this bother me? If being attractive to others is the reason then get over it! Even if you were a mac truck witha mustache and no boobies believe me: Someone will find you attractive. You will be someone's Ideal of beauty. Some guys (and girls) like big booties, thick thighs, and/or no boobies.
No diets! You need to exercise and to eat right no matter how you look: for a girl that means 30 minutes of activity and 5 small meals a day. Eat veggies and fruits and protein and carbs. Stay away from everything fried, all greasy stuff, high calorie foods that have no vitamins (called empty calories), and sugery stuff. This will help you live a long time.
You know scales don't take into account you bone structure or muscles. Muscles weigh more then fat. Scales are not your friend. If you just can't help it then get a high end scale that tells you your Body Mass Index and % of water weight. They cost near a $100. Get that kind or just don't weigh yourself. Gauge yourself by how well the clothes you already own fit you. You can loose size and still gain weight if you are working out hard.

i agree with the other persons response completely but some things you can do are to cut out any soda that you drink, go outside and run around, ride your bike, rollerblade, etc... Just keep active. You may not lose alot of weight this way but you will certainly be in better health and be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle as you grow older

Try cutting out sugar, cut down on salt, a minimize your fried food intake. Exercise, walk, run, weight bearing exercises, crunches (sit ups) try step aerobics. The library has a lot of books on exercise. Start out slow and increase work out gradually. You are not fat and wanting to be slimmer in a healthy way is good. Good Luck......

your not that fat but if u want to lose a couple of fat just drink lots of water, dont be stuck in the house doing nothing and always try to do some kind of sport or just excersise . soon you'll see that u will be losing at least 2 pounds a day. but u need to be confiedence that u can do this

i,ve been in the same place you are now. what i did is cut out sweet things and snacking between meals.
I'm a chocoholic it was hard but it does help to know that you are doing something positive.
I wouldn' resort to a strict diet as you are still growing and at twelve you are in the middle of a growth spurt. in a few months you will be alot taller as well as hitting puberty which will result inyour puppy fat diappearing. so fret not good luck!!"!!

Control your belly before it's too late, even though you're only 12.
Sit ups, 200 times a day, I do that, but I got a huge butt, no clue how to lose it, I tried everything but nothing helped.

U r not over weight. I am 12 and i weight more than u, and I AM NOT OVERWEIGHT. To lost weight? well, cut short on junk food, icecream, chocolate, milkshakes, and all that stuff that's good. Oh, and excercise. jog, and bicycle. Cycleing will help your thighs. Trust me. I'm working on it too. We're all in this together!
