this person at work has verbally attack me i turn her in and thay didn't do anything now she is getting physical what should i do .... idon't want things to get worse for me my doc just up my meds and wants me to go for conselling

tell ur supervisot that u will press charges against that person for harrassing u and if ur company doesnt wanna do anything about it they will have a lot of bad press

When you started this position you should have been give a company policy manual, in there it should have a section on harassment, verbal abuse, and physical abuse. When you go to Human Resources to file a complaint, quote the chapter and verse from your manual. You want a copy your report and also paper for any resolution that may take place. Another thing if there is a witness to any of this behavior. Last option get another job...

Tell someone else, and keep telling different people until someone listens and does something about the abuse. Take a few days off work if you have to.

Report her to your superior again, this time state she is becoming physical. If they do not do anything you will be forced to call the police and have her charged with physical assult. If your superior doesn't do anything call the police.
