Whats the best idea for a birthday present under $75, for my boyfriend?

Go with what he likes the best, if he likes playing video games get him a game he might want, so ask his friends, they should know. Sports, buy him tickets to a game or something. Shopping wise, buy him shoes, watch or gadgets. If he likes jewelery, has piercings, buy him some. U can always go with the sentimental things too and what ever u buy give him the best sex ever!

Tough question since we don't know what your boyfriend likes or dislikes. For me? I'd say tickets to a Pro Baseball game. Just me and the wife hanging out at the ballpark is pretty cool in my opinion.
If he's not much of a sports fan, look at what he's passionate about and concentrate on that subject as a gift idea.

I have never gone wrong with Sports items.
Whether it's a jersey from his favorite player, or a hoodie of his favorite team, or even a beer mug with the team logo.
And if he's not a sports fan, then I would maybe try a X-box/playstation/PSP game.
Pretty much just buy him something that he would feel selfish buying for himself

Figure out what his hobby is, if he has one, and buy a gift card to use where he buys stuff for his hobby. Or, if you want the gift to center around you, then buy a romantic evening at a restaurant and sexy motel. You pay for everything! If you go in advance to the restaurant and motel, you might be able to know what it will cost you before the lucky night! Good Luck

Maybe if you inviting him for a picnic and bring a basket full of nice food and a bottle of wine/champain,going to a place where everthing is quiet would be a good thing that your boyfriend would like.
Then you give him a small present like maybe a gift certificate from a store that he like so he can buy himself his present gift.
