i don't know how you call it. sneakers? ok. i need some hints to find the best sneakers for me. I exercise every day including running, bikin -all indoor- and weight lifting. My currents sneakers don't support my bones i think, because especially after running, i have leg aches. anyway, could you please advice me a sneaker model from nike? or maybe you might give me some hints to choose the right one.

yeah but which model? running shoes or sneakers for outdoor biking etc etc. should it be tough or very soft? looking this kind of hints. thanks.

You really need to go to a GOOD running store and let them watch you run. Some running shoes "redirect" your feet if you land incorrectly. Other shoes are more 'neutral' and don't do any correcting. Also, some people need wider shoes, some need narrower shoes. Take the time to go to a shoe store...a RUNNING SHOE store and talk to them. They can help much more than I can.
I would have to see you run to even begin guessing which shoe you should buy!

I have problems with my feet. The only tennis shoe that I am able to wear is a Nike shoe for WALKING and it has to be MESH.

i imagine you should get a million, in case you position on pants, youll be able to make certain the laces. and they provide the impression of being like communicate. the 2d one seems somewhat severe for a small shoe. yet whats up thats my opinion!

i have etnies cuz i skateboard pluse i wear them all the time and they are comfy and work in winter through sumer
