First off Judaism and Christianity are different religions and should not be confused with each other nor clumped together in the way your have, despite the fact the Christianity takes a portion of it's teachings from Judaism. But it does not go both ways, Judaism does not takes any of it's teachings from Christianity. a better way of asking would have been regarding "Abrahamic Faiths".
This is a rule originally from the Hebrew Scriptures, most rules were referred to in the negative in Judaism, so originally it goes Do Not do to others what you would Not have them do unto you. Christianity switched this to the Golden rule and changed it's syntax to : Do unto others what you would have them do unto you.
Taken seriously the goolden rule doesn't address what one shouldn't do only what they should do. I think the first one is better, but that's a personal preference.
have a nice day

It's the Golden rule, which is based on a law of the universe that energy follows thought. The places where it's in other religions are on the link below.

Um, thats kindof what Christianity is all about. I mean, i was screwed up. Lost. Then I found God, got my life straitened out. Now I want everyone in the world to know the same God that I do.
Apostle Paul, when on trial for his belief in Jesus Christ, said, 'I pray God that not only you but all who are listening to me today may be what I am, but for these chains.'
ps-- why are you looking for a religion? look for a God, not a religion. Especially in Christianity, you are saved by relationship, not religion.

This is a Hadith (teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, saws) in Islam:
“None of you is a true believer until you wish for your brother what you wish for yourself” (Bukhari and Muslim).
